Editor: My passwords is designed to assist computer users with managing the numerous services, web sites, online accounts, credit cards, software licensing, and many other information storage requirements. It is a central repository for tracking these services by category with their service name and user names (IDs), passwords, PINs, hints, code words, web site URLs, logon URLs, account #, expiration date, CVV2, 3 customizable fields, and comments. Its features include:
Easily work with multiple data files.
Passwords and data files encrypted (SHA 512 for passwords, Rinjdael for data files).
Set one password for the application or leave it blank.
Data files and their passwords (separate from program password) managed in Data Vault.
Import unencrypted xml files from earlier versions.
Export data to unencrypted XML files.
Assign categories to each service.
Tailor data field labels by category to match your needs (your field names are used in the Auto Fill in functionality).
Omit unused data fields by category.
Filter services by category to assist in locating specific ones.
Sort entries ascending or descending with a single click.
Customize main form colors.
Generate random, case sensitive passwords (numbers, letters, and/or symbols).
Option to set and use a default password length when generating a password or be prompted for a password length upon each generation.
Option to mask passwords on the main form.
Direct linking to the specified web site in the default web browser.
Auto fill in for web site logon information.
Auto logon to automatically logon to web sites.
When linking to a web site, option to copy the Password, User ID, Code Word, Account #, PIN, Other 1, Other 2, or Other 3 data field to the windows clipboard for easy pasting into the appropriate text Box on a web site.
Personal and credit card data fill-in for web sites.
